• A guest group may include a maximum of 8 adults indoors and a maximum of 16 people (each group + associated children) outdoors.
• A minimum distance of 1 meter must be maintained between people at other tables.
• In closed rooms, consumption may only take place while sitting.
• Consumption at the issuing point (bar) is not permitted.
• Self-service buffets can be operated subject to hygiene requirements.
• Closing time: Midnight

Your holiday is insured both in the event of illness and in the event of an officially ordered quarantine. You and the family members living in your household are covered.

So that you can book your planned summer holiday with confidence, the Vorarlberg State Tourist Board has conclude a Covid-19 cancellation insurance for all guest bookings in Vorarlberg with arrival until 31 October 2021. This means that your booking in Vorarlberg is also insured against the risk that conventional cancellation insurances usually don't cover.

This Covid-19 cancellation insurance is automatically valid for all existing and future bookings with arrival until 31 October 2021 in case of Covid-19 illness or officially ordered personal quarantine with you or your family members in the common household before the start of the trip.

An entry from countries with a sufficiently low incidence is now possible without quarantine. This applies to most European and some other countries. The prerequisite is that you have only stayed in these countries or Austria in the last 10 days. The list of countries can be found below.  You need a negative Covid test, a valid vaccination or proof of recovery ("3-G rule"). In concrete terms, this means: in the event of a check-up, a medical certificate, test result, vaccination certificate / vaccination passport or An official / medical certificate of recovery in German or English must be presented If you do not have any of these documents with you, you must do a PCR or antigen test in Austria within 24 hours.

Registration requirement for entry into Austria

Since June 10, the obligation to register before entering Austria ("Pre-Travel-Clearance") when entering from safe countries (see "List of countries without quarantine requirement") no longer applies. However, this only applies if you have been tested, vaccinated or recovered (proof required). If you want to take the test after entering the country, you still have to register in advance. Registration is also still required when entering from all other countries. At the border, they will need to show their PTC (either digitally or as a hard copy). All data collected will be deleted 28 days after the traveller has entered Austria.
