According to § 5 ÖHVB Withdrawal from the Accommodation Contract - Cancellation by the Party - Cancellation fee 5.5
No later than 3 months before the arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be terminated by the contractor without any cancellation fee by unilateral declaration .
5.6 Outside the in § 5.5. specified period is a cancellation of a unilateral declaration of the contracting party only upon payment of the following cancellation fees :
- Up to 1 month before arrival 40 % of the total agreed price;
- Up to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the total agreed price;
- In the last week before the arrival date 90 % of total package price

Rescission by the Proprietor
5.1 If the Accommodation Agreement for a down payment and the deposit was not made by the contractor in due time, the Proprietor may rescind the Accommodation Agreement without respite .
5.2 If the Guest to 18:00 clock the agreed arrival day does not appear, there is no obligation to provide accommodation , unless a later arrival time was agreed upon .
5.3 If the contractor a deposit (see 3.3) is issued, however, the premises no later than 12:00 clock of the day following the day are reserved . In advance of more than four days , the obligation to provide accommodation from 18 clock ends of the fourth day , the arrival is counted as the first day , unless de r guest is a later arrival known.
5.4 No later than 3 months before the arrival date of the contractual partner of the accommodation contract can by the Proprietor , from objectively justified duly substantiated grounds , unless something else has been agreed shall be resolved by unilateral declaration .Car
