Welcome to our house, right in the center of Stuben am Arlberg. Despite the central location, you will find peace and time to recharge your batteries with us. The two non-smoking apartments are comfortably and lovingly furnished.
In just a few minutes you can reach the lift station, village shop, ski school and our hiking trails.

Our apartment for 2 people consists of a bedroom including duvets, upholstery and bed linen as well as a separate kitchen/living room with refrigerator, 2 hotplates, dishwasher, extractor hood, coffee machine and of course dishes and cookware and a separate shower including toilet and towels. The amount of the deposit is € 100.00 for the 2-room apartment. The remaining amount must be paid by bank transfer up to 1 day before your arrival.

Our apartment for 2-4 people consists of two bedrooms including duvets, pillows and bed linen as well as a separate small kitchen/living-room with refrigerator, double hotplate, dishwasher, extractor hood, coffee machine and of course dishes and cookware and a separate bathroom including toilet and towels. The apartment is also equipped with radio, TV and safe. The price also includes 1 space in the local underground car park, your own ski boot warmer and free WiFi. - Apartment for 2-4 people between € 170.00 & € 186.00 per night
The amount of the deposit is € 150.00 for the 2-room apartment. The remaining amount must be paid by bank transfer up to 1 day before your arrival.
Useful information
The prices quoted are given in Euros per apartment and day for bookings of 7 days or more. Tourist tax (€ 2.50 per person per day) will be charged additionally.
Please note that due to our size, we cannot accept credit cards or bank cards.
Pets are not allowed.

If you withdraw from your reservation for whatever reason, the "General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006)" come into force. The following cancellation fees apply:
- no later than 3 months before arrival - free of charge
- up to 1 month before arrival - 40% cancellation fee
- up to 1 week before arrival - 70% cancellation fee
- in the last week before arrival - 90% cancellation fee
