3 stages | 5 locations | 3 days

The new, sporty long-distance hiking trail Arlberg Trail connects all five Arlberg villages of Lech, Zürs, Stuben, St. Anton and St. Christoph. In three stages and with the help of cable cars, a total of 40 km of hiking trails in spectacular alpine scenery can be mastered. A special Arlberg Trail Ticket, partner hotels and special services such as luggage transport crown the unique mountain experience.

Hike around the Arlberg Pass, which connects Tyrol and Vorarlberg. In the middle of a
fascinating, mostly high alpine landscape that demands a lot of stamina and
surefootedness for three days. In the evening, enjoy authentic hospitality and well-deserved comfort in the villages before the mountain calls again the next morning... It is scenarios like these that make the hearts of passionate hikers beat faster.

The new Arlberg Trail makes it possible to discover the pass region at a wonderfully slow pace and at the same time in the usual top quality. The signposted circular trail covers a total length of 50 kilometers (including lifts), almost a fifth of which is covered by cable car. In total, it takes around 18 hours of walking time. A great challenge even for mountain enthusiasts who have already seen and achieved a lot.

In addition to the impressive natural experience, the Arlberg Trail is characterized by first-class conditions. Partner hotels in three towns welcome long-distance hikers with tailor-made offers. On request, luggage can be transported between the accommodations so that you can tackle the stage with a daypack without any worries. The specially designed Arlberg Trail Ticket is available for the five cable car rides. If you can't or don't want to run the entire route, you can get a taste of the "trail spirit" on individual stages or easier alternatives. Exit points along the route ensure the safety of hikers in high alpine terrain.
