Longboard Classic in Stuben am Arlberg

International & unique snowboard event in Stuben am Arlberg

The event was born out of the fun of snowboarding: Snowboard legend Paul Gruber (CH) founded the Longboard Classic in 1999 at a time when boarders were not equally welcome everywhere. The Longboard Classic has long since developed into the snowboard race with the most participants in the world. International snowboard legends appreciate the LBC just as much as snowboarders from the very beginning, young up-and-coming shredders or entire snowboard families.

The Longboard Classic is the biggest longboard and old-school snowboard event in the world and absolutely unique: hundreds of fans from all over the world make the pilgrimage to Stuben am Arlberg to experience the Woodstock of snowboarding, the "Longboard Classic". Nowhere else is the spirit of snowboarding celebrated more authentically than in Stuben. 600 enthusiastic snowsurfers start in three categories from the Albonagrat over 1,001 vertical meters to Stuben.
