Yoga means for me to consciously perceive my body, my energy and my breath and to feel myself again. It helps me to experience moments with all my senses.
Yoga is an oasis of calm for body and mind.
I have been doing yoga since 2008.
After many years of practice, I began the 2-year intensive course to become a yoga teacher in 2015.
