Additional Informations

The prices quoted are in Euro per person per day for the single and double rooms as well as per unit and day for the apartments for bookings of 3 days or more excl. Local tax of € 2.50 per person and day for guests over 14 years of age.

The final cleaning is included in the price (for weekly bookings).

Please note that due to our size we can not accept credit cards or bank cards. In addition to cash, there is also the possibility of a transfer to our bank account.

Pets are not allowed.

Booking conditions:
Your order is considered a fixed reservation upon receipt of our written reservation confirmation and receipt of your deposit. No interest will be paid for advance payments. Incurring charges of
Bank transfer will not be accepted by us.

Useful information:
The specified booking dates are binding. In case of late arrival or earlier departure, the apartment / room rate will be charged. The apartments / rooms are ready for occupancy from 15:00 on the day of arrival -
We ask you to vacate them by 10:00 on departure.

Reservation cancellation:
If you for any reason withdraw from your reservation, the "General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006)" will come into force.
The recommended cancellation fees of the Austrian Hotel Association apply:
- no later than 3 months before arrival - free of charge
- until 1 month before arrival - 40% cancellation fee
- until 1 week prior to arrival - 70% cancellation fee
- in the last week before arrival - 90% cancellation feeOur house is located in the car-free zone in the village, of course we pick up your luggage from the parking lot (free of charge).

From the parking lot it is about 3 minutes walk to our house. If you prefer to park your car in the dry, we can offer you an underground parking space. This costs € 9, - per day / car for guests in single or double rooms, in the apartments the underground car park is included. The lift station of the Albonabahn or the meeting point of the Schischule Stuben as well as various restaurants can be reached on foot in just 3 short walking minutes.
